Buffalo Tournament Club Outing Reservation Information
Thank you for your interest in the Buffalo Tournament Club as your outing venue. The Club has been the site for many successful events since opening eighteen holes in 2006. We offer three different outing packages that are described below, each with a differing level of food service. While these outing packages are very popular and competitively priced, we understand that some groups have the need for a customized package, which can be discussed upon the request of the outing committee or chairperson. Dinner events included with outing packages are held in the Pavilion, overlooking the 18th hole, with great flexibility for weather conditions, and ample space for very large groups. Please review the outing scheduling guidelines listed below and call the club to discuss booking your outing at Buffalo Tournament Club.

Deposits and Payments
A non refundable reservation fee of $500.00 is required with the signing of the outing agreement. This fee will be credited against your outing invoice total. The “OUTING MINIMUM PARTICIPANT GUARANTEE” form must be completed at least 14 days prior to the outing date, and submitted to the Club with a check for the guaranteed amount, post dated for the outing date. If the guarantee form and check are not provided to the club, the outing will be cancelled. The check will be held by the club and deposited on the third business day following the outing. Outings running a “tab” on their outing day, for extra items not included in the outing package, will pay for those items on the outing day with a credit card or cash.
Alcoholic Beverage Policy
The Club recognizes that many outings are fundraising events, and that some have received donated alcoholic beverages for the event. The Club policy is if the Outing Group, or its players are consuming alcoholic beverages on the grounds that were not purchased from the Club, then the Club will not sell or serve alcoholic beverages to any outing participants. The Club Outing Agreement provides for the choice of alcoholic beverage provider, being the Club, or the Outing. We require the outing organizers to inform the participants of the alcoholic beverage policy and agreement.
